We, the Beacons, stand to answer the call, serving as guides to illuminate the way for those eager to unlock the hidden treasures of the SPARKS DAO realm. Our guiding light transforms the uncharted terrain into a well-defined pathways, ensuring that every fledgling SPARK can navigate with confidence and purpose.
The SPARKS DAO Discord welcomes casual members to participate in discussions, stay up-to-date with the latest news and events, and engage with fellow community members. For these members, a few concise channels are available. However, there is more to explore for those who yearn for a deeper understanding and seek purpose in their communities. For these members, we offer a dedicated #onboarding channel. Here, members can introduce themselves, share their skills and interests, and connect with a Beacon 1-1 or through an on-boarding session.

This process arms members with an understanding of the efforts, why they're important, how to contribute, and which opportunities best align with their skills and interests. At the end of the on-boarding process, you'll be imbued with the spark role, which unlocks the rest of the channels. Best of all, you'll have gained a meaningful ally in the community.
